Rooms and Villas
The hotel is built on a bluff overlooking Tamarindo Bay and consists of 17 rooms and 16 villas. Each villa has a kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining room and balcony. All villas and rooms have A/C and most offer stunning sunset views of Tamarindo Bay and the blue Pacific.

Entertainment
The hotel has a spectacular ocean-view swimming pool complete with waterfall and swim-up bar. Relax at the world-renowned Monkey Bar where wild tropical potions flow freely to the sounds of the waves, the jungle and Latin rhythms. |

Surfing the Waves
You can rent a premium surf board through our Robert August Surfshop. The owner and manager of the hotel are avid surfers and will help you plan your safari to the many great breaks in and around the Tamarindo area. We also have a professionally trained surf instructor on staff from the world-renowned Corky Carroll Surf School.

Birds, Monkeys and a Deer
Enjoy the unique experience of draping a Howler Monkey around your neck or scratching Juanita, the Scarlet Macaw. While swimming in the pool watch the Peacocks strolling by and visit the zoo with its Parrots, Toucans, Macaws, Monkeys and Deer.
