You're never too old for yoga. And…you’re never too young for it either. With their sense of wonder, desire for knowledge and great physical flexibility, children are natural Yogis. Yoga in TamarindoThey love Yoga like mermaids love water. They have fun twisting their bodies into shapes, turn upside down, do poses with funny animal names and be silly!

Yoga also helps children develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. Children are quick learners, whatever age, they will enjoy 'their' version of the poses, and you can encourage that.

The body is made to do Yoga. Yoga Poses/Asanas and Angles create certain pressures to stimulate the body and brain, making the necessary changes to become a Healthy, Happy and Whole Person.

Nina is an internationally certified Yoga instructor. Her strong dance background, love of music and sense of harmony gives great balance to her classes.

She combines the different techniques of Acu–Yoga and Thai Yoga in her adjustments, which are very individual and powerful, thus assisting her students to achieve total relaxation of mind and body.

Yoga brings an awareness of ourselves and how we approach life. It's a natural process that helps retrain our minds and bodies to begin to eliminate stress.

Open class for all levels/small groups/individual adjustments
Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays
7:30 AM - 9:15 PM
Mats and Towels will be provided

Private sessions:
One person: 75 minutes

Private Yoga sessions can be arranged at Casa Azul or at your hotel or home.
